Refund policy

We want your Poise & Plum bodysuit to fit the way you hoped. If it doesn’t, you have 30 days from delivery to swap your size or get your money back.

Free size swaps: Email us with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive your original bodysuit, we’ll send your new size at no extra cost.

Refunds: Return your bodysuit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Please send it back clean and in good condition, with any included accessories. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive your return.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.

Late or missing orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of the ship date, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
