Shipping policy

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

Holiday season: Around Black Friday and the holidays, carriers handle more packages than usual, so delivery can take a few extra days. We ship every order as quickly as we can, and you'll get tracking updates along the way.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us at hello@poiseandplum.com.

Delays: If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of the ship date, reach out and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
